Houston Forecast: Mild and muggy today with rain returning Wednesday night
We are starting mild this morning with temperatures in the 60's but will soon climb to the mid 70s by noon and upper 70s by this afternoon. We stay mostly dry today with only a 20 percent chance for a stray shower due to all the clouds. Cloudy skies will persist over the next two days.
