Former Houston Astros pitcher Octavio Dotel was arrested Tuesday in the Dominican Republic, according to ESPN. Attorney General Jean Alain Rodriguez called the raid the “largest operation against organized crime” in the country’s history, according to ESPN reporter Marly Rivera.
