Rush Block: Flash Flood Watch issued for Houston area starting Tuesday afternoon
We're looking at a chance for heavy, possibly flooding rains this week. It's due to a tropical disturbance with deep tropical moisture that will head inland this week. It will take several days to move across and out of the Houston area.
