Raw: Shelby Taylor Wyse, 25, appears in Houston courtroom
An employee at a local bank has been arrested in connection to the violent attack on two business owners in northwest Houston. Shelby Taylor Wyse, 25, was arrested and charged with robbery on Tuesday.
