Pregnant dog found chained up at animal shelter close to having puppies
On Tuesday, KHOU 11 received an update from a local veterinarian on the pregnant dog who was found by KHOU 11 reporter Janelle Bludau and photographer Michael Barbagallo chained and alone outside a local animal shelter.
