Mother killed 5-year-old son by drowning, decapitating him, police say
A mother has been charged with capital murder for allegedly drowning her 5-year-old son and decapitating him. Lihui Liu, 43, was expected to face a judge Saturday night but did not appear in court due to medical reasons. She was given no bond.
