Harris County's crackdown on drunk driving
Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies charged 24-year-old Fernando Axel Garcia with DWI after they found him intoxicated with his child in the backseat of his car. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said his department continues to crack down on drunk driving.
