Young boy celebrates 5th birthday at hospital after getting shot in May
The Houston police officers who rushed Sir Romeo Milam to the emergency room after he was shot, and a few deputies with Harris County Precinct 7 stopped by Texas Children's Hospital to help him bring in his big day.
