High humidity hangs around one more day before big changes arrive. Expect highs in the mid 90s this afternoon with scattered showers and thunderstorms. A few storms could be on the strong side with heavy rainfall.

A rare summer cold front arrives Tuesday morning. This will bring scattered showers and storms for the first half of the day before dryer air moves in behind this front. Afternoon high temperatures will drop a few degrees Tuesday and Wednesday topping out in the upper 80s. The most noticeable change will be the cool mornings thanks to lower humidity behind this front.

Lots of sunshine in store for the second half of the week before a south wind and rain chances return this weekend.
