HOUSTON — KHOU 11 Meteorologist Brooks Garner says the cold front has moved through, and we'll see highs in the upper-50s to low-60s Monday afternoon.
Houston saw a temperature drop of 28 degrees during the past 24 hours.
The front brought heavy rains to the Houston area and even a tornado warning for parts of Brazoria and Fort Bend counties earlier Monday.
The weather said there was a chance a tornado could form along Highway 288 near Angleton, but not has been confirmed.
There was some standing water on the roadways in some parts of the Houston area, but it has since drained out.
It will be cool, cloudy and rainy all week.
