HOUSTON — KHOU 11 Chief Meteorologist David Paul says Tuesday will be cloudy and chilly all day long with off and on rain.

Temps will start off in the upper-50s at 6 a.m. By noon, temps will actually drop. The high temp will be 59 degrees

Temps are likely to remain in the mid to upper-50s for the next 40 hours, according to Paul.

Houston saw a temperature drop of 32 degrees during the past 24 hours.

The dew point is 57-degrees in Houston, making the weather feel really fresh. No more sweaty humidity.

Temps will warm to the upper-60s as the week progresses. We can see 70-degree temps by Sunday.

Keep your umbrellas handy. David says there is rain in the forecast everyday this week due to moisture from storms in the Pacific.
