SUGAR LAND, Texas — A serious crash shut down all inbound/northbound lanes of I-69 the Southwest Freeway for more than an hour early Wednesday.
The crash was reported shortly before 4:30 a.m. near Sweetwater Boulevard in Sugar Land.
Life Flight was called to the scene and landed on the freeway.
Views from Houston TranStar show a box truck was involved in an incident, which is also reported as a hazmat spill.
As of 8:30 a.m. the freeway had reopened.
