Online sites selling Astros playoff tickets for as low as $75

There are online ticket agencies or brokers you can visit in person for ALCS tickets. But beware, it's easy to get ripped off if you're buying the "fan to fan" route.

Astros tickets are still available for the ALCS games here in Houston, but you may have to do some searching.

Some online ticket sites, like Stubhub, have standing room only tickets for as low as $75.

There are online ticket agencies or brokers you can visit in person, like Kayla Ramsey of Midtown Premium Tickets. She says it feels like Christmas in October.

“Oh for sure, besides the Super Bowl, Rodeo, when the Astros go to the playoffs, its pretty good for us,” says Ramsey.

She's got ALCS tickets for all three games in Houston.

“Only option is the secondary market, it’s better to go in, look at a map, talk to somebody and actually pick out a seat," says Ramsey.

She says, buyer beware. It’s easy to get ripped off if you're buying the "fan to fan" route.

"Actually get a receipt for your purchases, try to use a credit card. Be careful from buying from a local fan on the street," she says. Credit cards help because if there’s any kind of problem you can dispute it with your credit card company.

Ramsey has tickets for $150 to $175 in the upper level nosebleed section. Seats in the lower level first ten rows cost $800 and up.

A lot of people are interested in tickets for Thursday’s game, when the Astros can put away Boston for good if they win the next three games. Then, it would be on to the World Series!
