SANTA FE, Texas — A woman was arrested on Wednesday for criminal trespassing at Santa Fe High School, according to Santa Fe ISD.
The 23-year-old entered the school and failed to comply with security procedures. The district said she had no legitimate business for being on the campus.
The woman was not carrying any weapons and gave no indication that she intended to harm anyone.
Campus security and police responded immediately and she was arrested. She was taken to the Galveston County Jail and charged with criminal trespassing.
No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
