Oh, Mr. Carter! Twitter reviews are in for Lil Wayne's latest album, "Tha Carter V," and it has seemingly racked up "a milli" fans on the social media site.

Perhaps to some this makes up for the delay of the album originally announced in 2012, a year after "Tha Carter IV" dropped.

In 2014, Weezy tweeted to fans that his label, Cash Money, refused to release "Carter V." "I am a prisoner and so is my creativity," he tweeted at the time. "Again,I am truly sorry and I don't blame ya if ya fed up with waiting 4 me & this album. But thk u"

Wayne and the label settled their legal issues earlier this year, Billboard and Pitchfork report.

"Tha Carter V" – with 23 tracks – gave the Twitterverse lots to post about. On the first song, "I Love You Dwayne," Wayne's mother weeps with pride for her son, an emotional moment that resonated with people on the social media site.

"Wayne’s Mom on this intro though," a person tweeted, adding the "I don't know why I'm crying in the club right now" meme.

"Bruh my heart when Lil Wayne’s mom cries," another user shared.

Another poster appeared to joke about wanting to be loved by their mom that much. "Me listening to Wayne’s mom on the first track of #Carter5 and wondering why my mom don’t love me that much," he tweeted.

People also lauded Wayne's collaboration with Nicki Minaj on "Dark Side Of The Moon"

One person was rendered speechless. "Did.... did lil Wayne and Nicki just make a beautiful song in 2018.... I’m..." they posted before trailing off.

"This nicki and wayne song is gorgeous," raved another.

And Wayne's track with Kendrick Lamar, "Mona Lisa," set the Twittersphere on fire and became a trending topic in the U.S.

"Speechless. This Wayne and Kendrick song is an immediate classic," a user praised.

Another person was so impressed with the rhymes, they shared a GIF indicating Wayne and Lamar were literally on fire "when they left the booth after recording."

Another user joked his car caught fire after listening to the song.

In a NSFW tweet, someone else showed exactly how hard the song made them want to rage.

But if Wayne made a misstep, it apparently was not having a track with Drake, which some on Twitter called out. Drake's absence could understandably upset devoted fans as the two have collaborated on several tracks. Also, back in 2014 when "Tha Carter V" was slated for release, Wayne and Drizzy dropped "Believe Me," intended to be the first single of the album at the time.

"Lowkey I’m salty Wayne left drake off c5," a user expressed, adding the facepalm emoji.

"The only L on this whole Wayne album is having a Nicki feature but no Drake feature," another tweeted.

Overall, many Twitter critics had nothing but love for Lil Tunechi.

"10 (songs) in to this Wayne album and it’s already album of the year, plz don’t debate with me," a member of the Twitterverse posted.

Another user thought a video of women crying perfectly portrayed his feelings about the album. "Me 1second into #CarterV knowing Lil Wayne the GOAT," he wrote.

"Carter V is Everything!!!" another user exclaimed. "Don’t ever say Wayne ain’t the Best!!"

Making a bold statement, another user tweeted: "If Lil Wayne think the world gonna cancel all 2018 albums just because of Carter V then he's absolutely right."
