ROUND ROCK, Texas — The Williamson County Sheriff's Office Cold Case Unit is seeking the public's help with a 12-year-old cold case.
Philise Estes was found dead in her home in Round Rock on Jan. 30, 2006.
Estes was a security guard for the University of Texas. She was in the application process for the Austin Police Department.
