Austin's Torchy's Tacos lands in top 10 list of fast casual restaurants by TripAdvisor

It may come as a surprise that only one Texas restaurant made the cut out of three top 10 lists released by TripAdvisor on Tuesday, but it may not come as a surprise that restaurant is based out of Austin.

AUSTIN — Tripadvisor came out with a few new top 10 lists on Tuesday, displaying some of the best places to grab a bite to eat in the United States.

The different lists released by the company included top 10 fine dinning restaurants, top 10 restaurants for everyday dining and top 10 fast casual restaurants.

Out of all of the lists, only one restaurant based out of Texas made the list, and that restaurant is Torchy's Tacos, based out of Austin.

Torchy's Tacos landed the 10 spot in TripAdvisor's list of top 10 fast casual restaurants.

On Tripadvisor's website, Torchy's Tacos has an excellent rating at 4.5 out of 5 overall and excellent ratings for food, value and service.
