HOUSTON -- A brand new burger joint keeps it simple in Houston’s EaDo district.
It’s called Burgr Hous. That’s right. They don’t use E’s in the name.
And they don’t use anything complicated to make one of the best burgers in town. Their recipe calls for beef from Nolan Ryan’s ranch plus salt, pepper, and wood.
The wood is used to flame broil the burgers, giving them that distinctive undeniable flavor that only fire can give to beef.
Bonus: the interior design is clean, open and super cool. The walls were done by famous Houston muralist and graffiti artist Gonzo 247!
