Lightning storm illuminates menacing waterspout near Bolivar Ferry Landing

The video was taken from Galveston on a camera that was pointed northeast, toward Chambers County.

GALVESTON, Texas — A Saltwater-Recon camera captured an ominous sight from Galveston on Tuesday night.

Around 10:15 p.m., a lightning storm illuminated a waterspout about 8 miles east of the Bolivar Ferry Landing. A camera in Galveston was pointed northeast and caught it on video.
