CROSBY, Texas — A horse is dead and its rider is in the hospital after a car hit them Wednesday morning.
It happened on Highway 90 in Crosby. The motorist, who has not been charged, reportedly did not see the horse.
The rider had to be flown to Memorial Hermann hospital in unknown condition.
