MISSOURI CITY, Texas – Seven people were injured after an SUV crashed into a Fort Bend ISD school bus Thursday afternoon.

Police said the SUV crossed a media and struck the bus carrying eight students from Willowridge High School. Five of those students were taken to the hospital along with two people from the SUV.

The accident happened on Blue Ridge near W. Fuqua.

Aerials from Air 11 show the SUV sustained major damage to its front end. A wheel from the bus was knocked off.
