HOUSTON - A special someone in Houston has won $5 million on a Texas Lottery scratch-off.
It's a mystery who the lucky person is but lottery officials said the ticket was sold at the Timewise Food Store on the Katy Freeway at Kirkwood.
The prize was the first of three offered on the scratch-off.
The winner said they wished to remain anonymous.
