HOUSTON — Some Girl Scouts are standing for Houston by honoring first responders with cookies to say thank you.
The Girl Scouts donated more than 73,000 boxes to firefighters, law enforcement and military service members as part of their Cookies for Heroes program.
Cookie sales have been extended through the end of the month.
