A young couple and their two small children were found dead in a Katy home Tuesday morning, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
They say it appears to be a murder-suicide. Investigators believe Jeremy Srinivasan shot his wife Natalie and their two children, 6-year-old Siena and 2-year-old MJ, before turning the gun on himself.
Srinivasan's father called deputies after his son texted around 8:45 a.m. and told him "Everything is not OK. Please call police."
Deputies found the victims in the 1300 block of Longdraw Drive in the Grayson Lakes subdivision.
Family friends were heartbroken to hear the news.
“The little girl has been my son’s girlfriend since they were two, since preschool,” said Thomas Dugal as he choked back tears.
"Just a wonderful person and two sweet, sweet angels," said Tracee Dugal. "I was praying it was somebody else."
Tracee Dugal said Jeremy's business had been struggling and that's the only thing she could think of as a possible motive.
