KATY, Texas - Katy Independent School District named their new interim superintendent Monday.
The school board voted to make Ken Gregorski the acting superintendent while they look for a replacement for Lance Hindt.
Earlier this year, Hindt announced he would retire in January after he was hounded by allegations of being a bully in middle school.
Gregorski, who currently serves as the district's deputy superintendent, takes over December 1.
No timetable has been set for finding a permanent replacement.
