HOUSTON -- Fire broke out at a northwest Harris County Dollar General, and investigators don’t think it was an accident.
The Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office released photos Friday of a man they’re calling a suspect in the fire that broke out at around 11 a.m. at the store at 10036 Veterans Memorial.
Investigators say the man in the photos was caught on surveillance video pouring lighter fluid and lighting several items on fire inside the store. He was also caught on surveillance video leaving the store after the fire started.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. You can call (713) 222-TIPS (8477) or submit tips online at www.crime-stoppers.org.
