HOUSTON — A man is in custody after police said he tried to run over several people standing outside a north Houston home before crashing into a guest house.
This happened at about 1:50 a.m. in the 2400 block of Lee Road.
Police said the man hit two vehicles before he crashed into the house.
It's unclear why the man did it.
Witnesses at the home said the guy was acting very erratic.
Christopher Gonzales, who was at the home during the incident, believes the man was on drugs.
"I can't really explain. This guy just came out of nowhere. He was supposed to help move my things from my friend's house and all of a sudden he just started going crazy," Gonzales said.
Thankfully, no one was injured.
