HOUSTON — A man is wanted for sexual assault and robbery in southwest Houston, according to police.

The crime happened Saturday, March 2 when the man entered the Taqueria Tariacuri food truck in the 5700 block of Fondren. He allegedly grabbed one of the female workers by the hair and threatened all three women working the truck.

The suspect demanded money and then forced the women to remove their clothing.

“So then he says take the clothes off. So I take off my T-shirt, the other ladies too, and he says everything. Everything, panty and everything. All," said one of the victims.

He touched one of the employees inappropriately and started to pull down his pants.

That’s when one of the victims ran away, and the suspect pulled his pants back up and fled the scene.

“I think the actions that she displayed, I think, were key in preventing this from actually escalating further," Detective Ken Nealy with Houston Police said.

The women are now scared to go to work. With the man still out there, it’s easy to see why.

“I don’t know what happens tomorrow or in the next hour," said one of the victims.

The suspect is described as a black male, 27 to 32 years old, 5’11 to 6’0, 150 to 165 pounds, black hair, black coat, black pants, blue shirt and wearing glasses.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.

Information may be reported by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477) or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org.
