HOUSTON -- Talk about the Monday morning work blues: the man who owns M&N Liquors off Veterans Memorial, doesn't want to be identified, but hopes someone can help identify the six men who broke and stole from into his store.

"What should we do? We don't know," said the owner. "It's horrible. It's horrible."

Surveillance video shows six men crawling into the store on Monday around 5 a.m. The burglars somehow gained access to the empty property next door, and then smashed a hole through the wall. The video shows six masked men crawl through then steal cigarettes, two cash registers and some liquor.

The whole thing takes just minutes, and then they leave the same way they entered.

"Burglaries, robberies, armed robberies you name it, it's going on out here," said area resident Derrick Trahan.

Trahan explained that he is fed with the amount of crime.

"The sad part about all of these burglaries is this is somebody's business. This is their livelihood. How they bring home groceries to their families. And to have this kind of an interruption is devastating to them and some of them even end up going out of business."

M&N Liquors won't be going out of business, but the owner says about $5,000 worth of damage was done not including that gaping hole in the wall.

"It seems like there is no limit to the things that the criminals will do in this area. It's Just not right," added Trahan.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects in the surveillance video is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
