HOUSTON -- A 32-year-old woman was charged after police say a domestic dispute near Willowbrook Mall ended in a deadly shooting Monday night.
The Houston Police Department said Emily Rose Orbe is charged with murder in connection with the death of her 40-year-old boyfriend, whose identity has not been released.
Police said a man and a woman arguing inside the mall and the argument spilled over into the mall's parking lot near an office building.
Police said the man then got on a motorcycle and the woman got in a car and they circled the mall several times.
The woman then shot the man in the back, according to police.
The woman was taken to the hospital with cuts and bruises. She was later arrested and charged.
Homicide investigators interviewed several witnesses and the mall's security guard, who all saw the shooting.
