HOUSTON — Federal officers arrested dozens of people in Operation Wrecking Ball, a drug trafficking sting.
The U.S. Attorney's Office Houston division held a press conference on Wednesday.
Officials said 47 of 56 defendants have been arrested. Thirty three of them were arrested Wednesday morning in Houston.
Officials said cocaine and heroin were being distributed by six separate cells operated for Mexican cartels by Dominican nationals.
