Cocaine worth $1.5 million found during Houston traffic stop

HOUSTON — A Canadian woman was busted after deputies found duffel bags full of cocaine in her vehicle, according to Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap.

Elizabeth Fisher, 48, was pulled over during a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Highway 6 North.

Deputies say they found 78 kilos of cocaine stuffed into four duffel bags in the back of the rental car.

The cocaine is worth more than $1.5 million.
