The event brings together merchants from across the country. They showcase their gift ideas ranging from accessories, home décor and apparel.

In addition to the favorite merchants that come each year, 26 new vendors are invited. One of the new vendors is Karen Tassell from Magnolia.

Tassell wasn’t chosen last year but made the cut this time. She sells meal kits called P.D.Q. Meals.

"P.D.Q. stands for 'pretty darn quick,'" Tassell explained. “It's all designed to get you sitting down to dinner with your family in 20 minutes."

Some of the other new merchants that appeal to everyone are Black Tie Caramel, BrewHouse Bakers and Classy Chargers.

For women, there are Beautiful Brows, a jewelry company called Bittersweet Designs and a clothing boutique called Landry Kate.

For men, there’s a compact fishing pole company called Emmrod, men’s clothing called Burlebo and liquor bottle nightlights from Get Lit.

For children, there’s a personalized tent company called Mommy Made It For Me.

The Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market has grown to become the second-largest charity event at NRG Park. More than 270 vendors are showcasing their goods this year.

Tickets are on sale now for $18 at Randalls stores and at participating retailers including Manready Mercantile, China Baroque, Melinda’s Boutique, Michael’s Cookie Jar, One Hip Mom and The Royal Standard.
