Uptown Holiday Lighting to return this year

The re-launch of the event includes 315 new, 20-foot holiday trees lining Post Oak Boulevard from the West Loop to Richmond Avenue.

HOUSTON — After two years’ worth of construction put the annual event on hold, Uptown Holiday Lighting is back along Post Oak Boulevard.

The re-launch of the event includes 315 new, 20-foot holiday trees lining Post Oak Boulevard from the West Loop to Richmond Avenue. This year’s lighting will also celebrate the transformation of Post Oak Boulevard.

The Uptown Houston Management District tested the lights this week. Houstonians will be able to see the lights again during the holiday season.
