HOUSTON — Some of the most creative and fascinating cars rolled through Houston Saturday at the 31st Annual Art Car Parade.
The parade was set from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and featured more than 250 cars, skaters and bicyclists rolling on Allen Parkway into downtown Houston.
Before the parade, Houstonians were able to enjoy a lineup party presented by the Great Texas BBQ Festival at 11 a.m. Saturday at Allen Parkway and Gillette Street. The party included food trucks and music.
Elementary students in Houston ISD and their teachers decorated several of the cars featured in the parade.
