HOUSTON — Josh LaJaunie used to weigh 420 pounds, but after seeing family members with chronic health conditions and feeling very tired and physically heavy himself, he knew he needed to make a change. He started going to the gym and making simple changes in his life. After he started running, the weight really started to fall off. 230 pounds lighter, he even made the cover of Runner’s World magazine!
