Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner joined Great Day Houston this morning with details on the City Of Houston Homeowner Assistance Program. The program has five options for financial help: Reimbursement, City-managed Rehab and Reconstruction, Homeowner-Managed Rehabilitation, Acquisition, and Interim Mortgage Assistance.
