HOUSTON — You can get them all year round, but September marks the start of oyster season.
As a restaurant, the "starfish" of Good Charlie's menu is the chargrilled oyster. Yet, as the saying goes, there are plenty of other fish in the sea, and that's on the menu too. Charlie Inman and Chef Ricardo Clough joined Great Day Houston with a taste of Good Charlie's Oyster Bar & Seafood Kitchen.
