Eggs-cellent brunch dishes from Chef Mary Bass

Private chef Mary Bass showed us some delicious breakfast dishes with the incredible edible egg.

HOUSTON — Eggs are the perfect food.  They have a little bit of every nutrient a body needs. They are high in quality protein with all of the essential amino acids. Eggs are filling and help you lose weight.  They have antioxidants that have benefits for eye health and are linked to reduced risk of heart disease.

Private chef, Mary Bass, showed us some dishes featuring eggs, including a Texas Benedict, gulf shrimp and grits with a fried egg, and an egg salad toast with avocado and chimichurri.
