Up With People started in 1965 as an way to unify young people of the day who were living in a tumultuous time with the Vietnam War and the fight for civil rights. It gave young people a voice to see beyond race and build bridges of understanding.

The group is still going strong today with an international cast who travels the world, works on service projects in each city, works with the youth and hosts a musical performance.

Up With People performed the song “Party ‘Round the World” for Great Day Houston.

You can see Up With People on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 7:30pm at Strake Jesuit College in Houston. For tickets to the performance, click here.
