HOUSTON — With the recent measles outbreak, a lot of people are talking about vaccinations.
Paige McCoy sat down with Dr. Paul Hain of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas who explains the importance of getting vaccinated.
BCBSTX also hosting a Care Van to help children get vaccinated, Thursday, August 8th from 10 am to 1 pm. Parents can bring their kids to Cobb 6th Grade Campus on 6722 Uvalde Rd., Houston, TX 77049.
There's no appointment needed, but you must qualify. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas offering the service to those who don't have insurance. You must bring completed shot records and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
