Anthony Caceres Band jazzes up Great Day Houston

Musician Anthony Caceres shares his new Christmas single, "A Very Special Christmas".

HOUSTON — Anthony Caceres has music in his genes.  His grandfather was a professional violin player and his great uncle, a professional baritone saxophone player. He also gets a lot of inspiration from his father, who taught him all about big band music.

After studying jazz at University of North Texas, Caceres played professionally with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and has toured with the musical production of Miss Saigon and with many well-known jazz groups.

Caceres and his band now play a variety of styles all around the Houston area.  You can see him Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Eddie V's at CityCentre and on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Eddie V's at West Ave.

Celebrate New Year's Eve 2019 with the Anthony Caceres Band.  They perform at Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse in downtown Houston from 6:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. that evening.

Be sure to get Anthony Caceres' new album, "Something's Gotta Give", which was recorded with famed jazz drummer Jeff Hamilton.
