A Taste of Crisp for Houston Restaurant Weeks

Cristina Kooker gets a taste of what Crisp has to offer for Houston Restaurant Weeks

Throughout the month of August, dine out and help a great cause with Houston Restaurant Weeks. Over 250 restaurants from all over the Houston area participate in the event, which is the largest annual fundraiser for the Houston Food Bank. Participating restaurants offer a three or four course prix fixe meal.

Crisp owner Al Scavelli and head chef Truc Nguyen showed Cristina Kooker some of the dishes it is featuring for Houston Restaurant Weeks, including an organic orchard salad, Genoa grilled salmon, and a brownie with strawberry frosting and red wine/chocolate ganache.
