HOUSTON — The Harris County Sheriff's Office celebrated K-9 officer Rex for winning the "Fast Dog Award" at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Rex and his handler Sgt. Moore took home the award. They also were the runner-ups for the "Hard Dog Award."
The competition featured police dogs from around the area to see which ones could hit the fastest and bite the hardest.
