Recipe: Three-ingredient salad dressing

This salad dressing is tangy and creamy and will stay good in the fridge for up to one week!

HOUSTON — Too busy to make salad dressing from scratch? Try this three-ingredient recipe. It's tangy and creamy and will stay good in the fridge for up to one week!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2-1 cup raw sesame tahini
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin butter
  • 1 cup water (optional, for a less creamy dressing)
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Celery (optional)
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine lemon juice, tahini and pumpkin butter
  2. For a less creamy dressing, and in water
  3. If you only need the dressing for a few days, you can add in avocado, celery or cilanto
  4. Salt is also optional
