HOUSTON — Too busy to make salad dressing from scratch? Try this three-ingredient recipe. It's tangy and creamy and will stay good in the fridge for up to one week!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups lemon or lime juice
- 1/2-1 cup raw sesame tahini
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin butter
- 1 cup water (optional, for a less creamy dressing)
- Avocado (optional)
- Celery (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, tahini and pumpkin butter
- For a less creamy dressing, and in water
- If you only need the dressing for a few days, you can add in avocado, celery or cilanto
- Salt is also optional
