Scuppers is a Coton De Tulear, Official dog of Madagascar. He was named after Margaret Wise Brown's book for children "Scuppers The Sailor Dog" because he looks just like the dog illustrated in her book, and he never tires of having his mommy read the story to him. He also lives by the Bay and enjoys strolls along the water. Scuppers likes to sing, and enjoys posing alongside a pillow one of his mom's best friends made that features him fashionably correct.
