Our mom, Andrea Lynn, is always behind the scenes. When our brother Gary was born with Cerebral Palsy the doctors said he would never do anything but mom would not listen.Still in a wheelchair and working to walk he is graduating high school in May with a 4.0GPA. Mom became an advocate for people with disabilities helping many families.She always had us do volunteer work and Gary decided he needed to raise money for people with CP to walk. He started The Gary J. Lynn Foundation for the Research and Cure of CP. People don't realize how hard mom works to keep the foundation going.
Not long ago dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at the VA hospital. When mom didn't like what was going on at the hospital she went to our Congressman and State Representative. She is now writing a bill saying veterans should have the best health care not only from the VA but veterans should go to any hospital they want. Our Congressman and State Representative are supporters of this.
We are very proud of our mom and she doesn't only help us but so many other people.
