I have the best mom in the world! She is truly a genuinely good soul. Annette's love for people is only overshadowed by her love for taking care of others. She has overcome many hurdles in her life, the main one being our house fire.
In 2003, the house that my brother and I shared with our mother burned down with all our belongings inside. For 7 years, we had to seperate, unable to build a new house, even with our mother working a full-time job and part-time catering. Luckily, last year my mother was able to get a new house. Unfortunately, she has very lil furniture, as she has been living with friends and family.
This prize would be a dream come true for someone who works so hard to take care of others.
