We're at Lake Houston having a family picnic, and came across this SUV. at the launch dock. He was having a family picnic also, I was just wondering why he was able to keep his SUV there and everyone else moved their trucks to the parking lot. The rest of the public walk back to their family's. The law is written for every one that includes POLICE.
