I was headed east out of Baytown one foggy morning and went across Cedar Bayou on the Grand Pkwy. As I crossed the top of the bridge, I was above the fog layer and it was a crystal clear day. I stopped and rolled down the window and took the picture of the railroad bridge. Luckily there was not any traffic while I did this.
